Transformation of Tofu

saturday morning

in the mood for baking

found a block of Tofu in my fridge

and here goes my experiment of the morning

tofu, whole wheat flour, oatmeal, cocoa powder, almond, eggs, honey, soya milk, baking powder, vanilla

and here is the result of the glorious transformation of Tofu

hmm...

a not so bad transformation

taking a break...in Kyoto

there were just way too many people in Kyoto
but there were also just way too many lovely shops and cafes

these were taken when i was taking a break from walking and from people
i love people observation
